Any content, suggestions, streaks, or AI-generated insights within the App are for general informational and motivational purposes only and should not be treated as a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your health, fitness, or lifestyle routines.
If the App allows you to enter journal entries, goals, or other personal content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide and improve the App's features, such as habit tracking and any AI-driven analysis.
You agree not to use the App to violate any applicable law, attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App's operation, or use the App in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
If the App offers subscriptions, one-time purchases, or premium features, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase and processed through the applicable app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), whose own terms and refund policies will also apply.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying code, is owned by Designaxe LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result, habit change, or outcome will be achieved through its use.
