This Privacy Policy explains how Designaxe LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Life Reset: Lifemaxxing AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Information you provide. When you set up your reset plan, you enter goals, habit selections, reset length, and related preferences. This information is used to personalize your experience inside the App.
Usage and habit data. As you use the App, we store your daily habit completions, streaks, and progress so the App can track your reset over time.
Device storage. In the current version of the App, your plan and habit data are stored locally on your device. If we introduce account creation, cloud sync, or an AI assistant with persistent memory in a future update, this policy will be updated to describe what is sent to our servers or third-party service providers and how it is protected.
Automatically collected information. We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, and general usage analytics (for example, which screens are used and how often) to help us maintain and improve the App. This does not include the content of your personal goals or journal entries unless you explicitly choose to share that information with us, such as through customer support.
We use the information described above to operate the App, maintain your reset progress, personalize habit recommendations, respond to support requests, and improve the App's features and reliability. If the App introduces an AI-driven analysis or chat feature, information you share with that feature will be used to generate personalized responses and insights, and we will update this policy with specifics before that feature launches.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the App (such as cloud storage, analytics, or crash reporting providers), and these providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Designaxe LLC, our users, or others.
We retain your information for as long as your account or local app data exists, or as needed to provide the App's features. You can delete your habit and plan data at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App, unless a future cloud-sync feature is enabled, in which case deletion options will be described at that time.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete any locally stored data by removing the App from your device. If the App later offers an account, you will be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made, and material changes will be communicated within the App where practical.
